  • We don’t need to struggle through life’s challenges or navigate mental health concerns on our own. Weekly, one on one therapy sessions can be an incredibly supportive experience. Your therapy and healing journey will be uniquely tailored to you and your needs.

    I work from an holistic and integrative lens, and primarily pull from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy, and IFS (Internal Family Systems) in my approach to working with clients.

  • The shift from partners to parents can be filled with joy, excitement, and also feelings of overwhelm from the unexpected changes. From defining your roles to navigating intimacy, having a dedicated space to process relationship changes and rebuild connection in the postpartum period and beyond can be critical to relationship happiness.

    I am trained in the Gottman Method for couples therapy, and also utilize my certification in Perinatal Mental Health to support both birthing and non-birthing parents. Families come in all forms; I strive to create a space of inclusivity.

  • EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing is an extensively researched therapeutic modality proven to treat trauma. Finding a comfortable space to make sense of traumatic experiences can be a delicate challenge. By using the set of standardized protocols and researched-based structure of EMDR therapy, I’ll support your care from a trauma informed lens in order to best guide you towards healing.

    EMDR can be integrated into your weekly psychotherapy sessions or done as a 4 to 8 week series of intensive sessions. Please use the contact form to inquire about intensive sessions.
